Abstract

This article introduces the current status and challenges in quality management education at the 2overseas affiliate companies of GC Corporation. First, we review the current status in quality management education provided for workers by local instructors at GC Dental (Suzhou) Co. Ltd in China. Second, another example from GC America Inc. in Chicago is discussed in regard to TQM education utilizing an external Consultant and aiming to improve understanding of managers.
