Abstract
For the purpose of realizing the very fine barrier electrode ac plasma displays, we fabricated the barrier electrode ac plasma displays by applying the sandblasting method and measured the characteristics of luminance and luminous efficiency for the panel with a cell pitch of 0.5mm. And we examined the influence of sandblasting on dielectric layer and the cause of a decline in luminance and luminous efficiency.
