Description
We have developed a 1/2.3-inch 10.3Mpixel Back-Illuminated (BI) CMOS Image Sensor with 1.65x1.65μm^2 pixel. By using the FD boost-driving architecture, this sensor achieves a saturation signal of 9130e-, a conversion gain of 75μV/e- and a random noise of 1.7e-rms. Moreover, in employing BI process, this sensor achieves a sensitivity of 9890e-/lux・s and an F-number dependence of 0.99 (F2.8/F5.6).
