Abstract

Computer vision with specialized image sensors will open up new surveillance technologies. The image sensors are infrared camera, active camera and Hyper Omni Vision. This paper shows three technologies with the image sensors; a surveillance system with an infrared camera and a laser range finder, a face image recorder at a entrance with active cameras, and a VR receptionist using image processing with Hyper Omni Vision.
