抄録

When mulberry seeds were kept at 25°C in the dark, they showed low germination (20-30%).<br>Short periods of the treatment of elevated temperatures (e. g., 15min at 35°C) given after 13-19hr of imbibition could induce very high germination (80-90%) at 25°C. These findings were discussed in relation to the mechanism for the stimulatory effects of high-temperature treatment.
