Abstract
We realized CMOS biosensor IC focusing on dielectric relaxations of biological water with 120GHz and 60GHz oscillator arrays. The proposed sensor detects the status of biological water and does not require additional labels. Therefore we can use the proposed sensor as a label-free biosensor. In this study, we monitored the cultivated bacteria colony growth as a biosensing demonstration and show the possibilities of live biosensing systems.
