Description
In this paper, a new dual-feed planar array antenna integrated with a magic-T which employs a slot-line T junction is proposed. The proposed array antenna consists of four microstrip antenna elements and a magic-T which is a combination of a slot-line T junction and slot line-to-microstrip line T branch. Measured return loss and radiation patterns fed from each port are demonstrated by a prototype evaluation. This antenna can be applied to various advanced antennas such as a beam steering antenna and direction-of-arrival estimation antenna.
