Abstract
In this paper, the relationship between the solubility of sericin S (%) and the treating time t (min), treting temperature T (°C) is studied. As a result, the relationship is represented approximately by the equation S=1-exp{-A(C1⋅t2+t+C2)/(T2+B)}, where, coefficients A, B, C1, C2 are -9.33, -10914.53, -.00396, 22.97 respectatively. Also, the characteristics of the solution of sericin is discussed through the relation equation.
