Description

We developed an ultra-small lensless on-chip fluorescence measurement device for a digital ELISA, which is expected as a method for very early diagnosis of cancer or infection with a virus. We succeeded in high-resolution observation by the image restoration with deconvolution processing. The field of view can be easily extended due to its lensless structure. In the future, we apply it to a digital ELISA system, which has detection sensitivity of million times higher than the conventional ELISA method, and aim to realize a molecular measurement system with ultra-high sensitive and quantitative performance.
