Description
The demand of low-power imaging solution is urgent for emerging internet-of-things (IoT) applications. In this paper, the design challenges of low-voltage and low-power CMOS imager are investigated. Several design solutions of low-voltage operation including high dynamic range and smart function are also introduced.
