Abstract

Highly uniform quantum dot (QD) light emitting diodes (LEDs) have been developed by using Transfer Mold fabrication method to realize highly efficient and bright display devices having the good color purity. The brightness of Transfer Mold QD LEDs was as high as 633 times, compare with that of flat substrate QD LEDs. The carrier injection efficiency of Transfer Mold QD LEDs might be improved due to the uniform arrangement without QD particle aggregation. Transfer Mold method is useful for the highly efficient and good color purity QD LEDs to a great extent.
