Description

Some size distribution properties in the neighborhood of extreme size value were analyzed concerning three lots classified A (with small size deviation), B (with large size deviation) and C (with normal distribution). And it was known that the standard deviation of the mean Xk was larger than that of Xk, where X1≤X2≤…≤Xk or Xk≤Xk-1≤…≤X1; Xk=Σki=1Xi/k. Namely, as for the reliability of sampling inspection, the Xk was more excellent than the mean Xk.
