Description

To make the effective utilization of the land use plan in an urbanizing area, we should make a divertionary plan of land use, based on the farmers and the current owners of agricultural land.<BR>In this paper, we have analyzed the agricultural land use trend in urbanizing areas according to the investigation into the actual condition and replies to a questionnaire regarding land use, and have tried to study the special characteristics of the area and the situation of the diverted or agricultural land sold.<BR>The results are as follows:<BR>(1) In the process of urbanization, the greater majority of the farmers divert or sell their agricultural land, but they do not divert or sell all of their agricultural landholdings, so the area of diverted or sold land is about 5-10 a/house for 10 years.<BR>(2) When the farmers wish to sell their agricultural land, they tend to sell agricultural land which is farthest from their house, keeping that which is the closest to them.<BR>(3) However, when they want to use their land for the construction of building or a family house, they usually used land which is the closest to them.
