抄録

  Prime Minister Kan addressed the Diet in his speech about the TPP on October 1, 2010. He said, “We will consult together about Japan’s joining in the TPP, and decide it by June 2011.” However, the Japanese government could not decide its joining because of the Great Disaster on March 11, 2011.<br>　I will discuss US international trade policy and the TPP. I will think about how the United States tries to change the rules of the TPP which have already been made between four countries, and what Japan’s joining in the TPP means to the Japanese economy and people.
