Abstract

This paper summarizes low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC)-based high frequency multiplexers which we have developed. We first discuss a diplexer and a triplexer using LTCC-based wide-band filters. We also discuss a multiplexer using a surface acoustic wave (SAW) filter and an LTCC-based wide-band filter. The characteristics of the proposed multiplexers are evaluated by simulation and experiment.
