説明

The separation of the components from the sea water eliminated Mg++ and Ca++ completely by the treatment with NaOH and Na2CO3 was calculated graphically. It was assumed that the vaporization being done at the constant temperature, 110°C, and the refregeration down to the temperature -6°C may be used. Four methods to separate NaCl and Na2SO4 were considered by the combinations of evaporation, refregeration and dilution. By using the isothermal equilibrium diagram for the four components system of the reciprocal salts pair Na2Cl2+K2SO4=Na2SO4-K2Cl2, as a calculating diagram, it was calculated the quantity and the quality of the salts separated, water evaporated, water to be added and the mother liquor to be remained. The separation of potassium salts was not treated in this paper.
