Abstract
We are developing A Survey Simulator to Evaluate Safety Systems (ASSESS) that virtually reproduces a real intersection and traffic flow in which vehicles run autonomously in the computer. In this study, the validation of the reproducibility of ASSESS for real traffic flow is confirmed. Furthermore the algorithm to simulate the driver's recognition error and operation error is verified based on the change in number of accidents and near miss incidents.
