抄録

Whether or not we can recognize the project status is significantly important for not only people who are involved but also project owners as well as the end users who will be using the project deliverables. However, in software development project, it is difficult for the third parties to understand the project status, because interim deliverables are like functional specifications and source codes; moreover, those are saved in the hard disk or memories. In order to provide scalable and visualized project status, some methodologies are being used. This paper introduces the visualization of the project status, project risks and the project itself.
