Recently, social capital is pointed out for its importance in reproduction of thecommunity function. Through this research, the person with a high social capital formation degree has understood there is a general relation with a high importance degree to the city planning measure, too. Moreover, it was clarified to relate to the idea to the city planning from the participation activity more strongly the boast and reliability to the region whether were deep the relation to the importance degree of city planning consideration, and very caught the region from the participation activity.
