Description

The validity of clinical diagnosis for planning of intervention policy in physical therapy may influence the intervention effects itself. Therefore, it is important to promote a conversion conceptual framework from conventional empirical rule-based physical therapy to evidence-based physical therapy (EBPT). To put EBPT into practice, not only evidence of experimental proof by clinical research but patients' intention and values, and total clinical diagnosis which integrates physical therapists' specialized knowledge and skills are important.<br>
