Three cases of Hydrogen Sulfide poisonning were reported. They were exposed in 400∼600 p.p.m. concentration for 30 minutes, for 15∼20 minutes and for 3∼4 minutes respectivery. Common clinical symptomes of the cases were dyspnea, uncosiousness and hypotension. Dizziness and feeling heavy in the head remained after discharge. Disturbance of hepatic and renal functions and occult blood reaction of feces were slight and temporary. The first one who had been exposed in 400∼600 p.p.m. concentration for 30 minutes had the disturbance of the auditory and vestivular functions, expecially a perceptive deafness for about 5 months.
