Tumor resection was performed, and the pathological diagnosis was mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the thymus with a thymic cyst. Conclusion. We experienced a case of mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the thymus with a thymic cyst. At the time of writing, the patient remains alive without recurrence at 16 months after surgery.</p>
