Description
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can reveal the breast lesions which are not visualized by traditional imaging modalities such as mammography or ultrasound. In this report, we describe our experience with 40 cases of MRI-guided fine needle cytology (FNC) of non-palpable breast lesions which were not demonstrated by conventional modalities but visualized by a dedicated 1.5 Tesla MRI unit (Aurora Paramed Medical System www.auroramri.com).
