Abstract
It is known that heat exposure affects on the worker's cardio-vascular system and causes the cardiac hypertrophy after a long period. The author investigated upon last ten year's transition of the heart size of workers, who had worked under moderate heat exposure in heat-engine plants for many years, by Moritz' method using 6×6cm X-ray films. As the results, a slight increase of Mr, Ml and Tr values (Tab.l) year by year, i.e. tendency of cardiac hypertrophy, was recognized.
