Abstract

A more rapid detection method was performed for thiamphenicol from live-stock products. By application of Sep Pak silica cartridge for pretreatment of specimen containing thiamphenicol and using a mobile phase of acetonitril: methanol. 50mM potassium dehydrogenphosphate=5: 15: 80 (V/V/V), the recovery rate of thiamphenicole added to swine kidney homogenate was 84.0%(n=7), and detection limit was 0.02μg/g.
