抄録
This paper describes the dynamic printing conditions to create fine dot matrix image at the view points of dot area connecting closely with printing quality. The analysis and examinations on impact printing model have introduced following results.<BR>(1) Impact dot printing can be explained by the kinetic model with the printing mediums introducing the relation of stress (σ) to strain (ε), σ=keαs, so that the maximum printing forces, coefficient of restitution and the time of contact between hammer and mediums can be simply predicted by the value of α.<BR>(2) The value of a varies with dot area so that dot area becoming smaller under condition of the same hammer kinetic energy, the maximum printing force and the coefficient of restitution become smaller and the contact time becomes longer.
