抄録
The purpose of this study is to show a new system to promote environmental services in residential area. In particular, this study is focus on possibilities for residential environmental services in residential area by the building agreement management association.<br>We clarified following 2 points:<br>1)The effectiveness of environmental services in residential area by the building agreement management association.<br>2)A indicator for the formation of residents' association to promote environmental services in residential area.
