Abstract

In recent years, social environment maintenance is becoming serious, and environment maintenance is showing the nationwide spread centering on the central area of the city slowly. Aging of the population is a common problem in the advanced various countries. But, the way of thinking to barrier-free in an ocean nature recreation has not penetrated. And, an approach method at the movement handicapped persons' waterside is not caught as a constituent of facilities maintenance. The objective of this study is to grasp the nature of sand as a method of the access on the shore by a wheelchair. And It examines comparison of material. At the results of the experiment that I extracted that how to make a technique of Barrier-Free beach. It could make clear objectivity.
