抄録

Intrahepatic HBsAg and HBcAg expression in patients of asymptomatic HBsAg carriers (25 cases), type B acute hepatitis (18cases), type B chronic liver diseases (95cases), and blood disorders with immunosuppressant therapy (2cases) were examined by immunofluorescent method.In asymptomatic HBsAg carriers, membranous localization pattern of intrahepatic HBsAg expression was characteristic finding and few intrahepatic HBcAg was detected. In type B chronic liver diseases, intrahepatic HBsAg expression were mixed, cytoplasmic localization pattern and fbcal, sporadic distribution pattern, and intrahepatic HBcAg were detected abundantly. In patients of blood dirorders with immunosuppressant therapy, intrahepatic HBcAg were detected most abundantly. In fluminant hepatitis, intrahepatic HBsAgand HBcAg were not detected. In acute hepatitis with good prognosis, HBsAg were detected a little but HBcAg were not detected, In two patients developping hepatitis from asymptomatic HBsAg carriers, intrahepatic HBsAg expression changed to cytoplasmic pattern from membranous pattern.<BR>Intrahepatic HBsAg and HBcAg expression were variable according tograde of hepatic injury and its development.
