Abstract

A 70 year-old woman, who was in the habitof using a permanent hair dye, developeddermatitis. Gradually, pigmentation occured onher face, neck and V-area and biopsy showedpigmentary incontinence.<BR>Patch tests. She reacted to PPD 1%, andpigmentation on the tested site was still observedbeyond 2 months.
