Experiences with Prednisolone in Aero-sol

説明

Topical spray of prednisolone in aero-sol containing 0.35%prednisolone and 0.35%dextromycin sulphate was tried to a limited number of patients with dermatitis-eczema, including one case of pemphigus vulgaris and one case of Behcet syndrome. Satisfactory results were obtained especially in acute contact dermatitis and chronic eczematous dermatitis. The use of this spray seemed to be particularly recommendable for the eroded, wet, intertriginous, and/or feminine facial lesions.
