A 66-year-old male was referred to our department with painful dark red shiny plaque on the glans penis and prepuce. Microscopically, the specimen showed a dense dermal infiltration largely composed of plasma cells without atypism, with some admixture of lymphocytes and histiocytes. Russell bodies could be seen when treated with the methylgreen pyronin stain. We diagnosed the present case as plasmocytosis circumorificialis.
