Four cases of palmar fibromatosis were reported.All of them have been sufferring from pulmonary tuberculosis and they noticed palmar indurations from 3 to 8 months after the start of tuberculosis treatment. One case was woman with contracture and 3 cases were men without contracture. These 3 cases showed almost the same histopathological findings; subcutaneous dense mass of collergen fibers and fibroblasts with or without giant cells. The relations between this disease and pulmonary tuberculosis were discussed.
