Description

We report a case of Kawasaki disease with psoriasiform eruption. An 11-month old male infant had erythematous plaque with scale on both cheeks, the both palms and the both soles. These eruptions spread out in the whole body after that. The patient was in hospitalization because of the Kawasaki disease. These eruptions cured promptly by the treatment. A patch test was negative. After that, erythematous plaque did not flare up again
