説明

Case 1was an 86-year-old woman with a tumor on her left buttock which had rapidly increased in size during several months. She had a reddish brown, 80 × 90mm in size and slightly elevated plaque with a 15 × 15mm verrucous nodule. Histopathology of the nodular lesion showed multiple irregular intraepidermal nests which were composed of various sized tumor cells with hyperchromatic, irregularly shaped and anaplasic nuclei. The nests weredemarcated from surrounding normal keratinocytes and basal cells showing intraepidermal epithelioma, but apart of them invaded into the dermis. In boder of the tumor, the nests were well defined and composed of the light staining cells with oval nuclei. They were surrounded by basal cells.<BR>Case 2was an 80-year-old male with the tumor of 50-year duration on the right forehead. After the cryotherapy, the tumor rapidly increased in size, and grew into the 25 × 15mm, reddish brown and verrucous tumor in several months. Histopathology showed that in the center, the tumor cells formed nests in the epidermis and invaded into the dermis. The tumor cells showed hyperchromatic, irregularly shaped and anaplastic nuclei. In boder of the tumor, the lobules were in the epidermis and composed of pale staining cells with round nuclei.
