抄録

Fivekinds of tar-dyes (Manufacture) and elevenkinds of tar-dyes (Reagent) were patch tested on thepatientswithhyperpigmentation.<BR>The former were patch tested on 8 patients of Melanosis Riehl and 21 patients of chloasma.<BR>The latter were patch tested on 17patients of melanosis Riehl and 53 patients of chloasma.<BR>As a whole, reactionts of tar-dyes were stronger in melanosis Riehl than in chloasma.<BR>From clinical data, chloasma was divided into two types (chloasma idiopathicum, chloasma toxicum). The latter was suspected with the relation to cosmetics and so with the relation to tar-dyes.<BR>The high rate reactions were seen in R-219, R-221, R-206, O-203.<BR>Theranking was R-219>>R-221≅206≅O-203.<BR>Y-205 played the most weekreaction.
