抄録

Thirty-Seven Cases of patients of acne vulgaris were successfully treated with 120mg, 180mg and 300mg per day of B2-But.<BR>Serum total lipids of the patients were within normal limits. However their serum lipoperoxides levels elevated from 1.4 to 2.1 folds, sebum total lipids from 1.5 to 2.3 and also sebum lipoperoxides from 2.2 to 4.8. After the treatment, their levels return to normal or near. There was most clinical improvement in the patients of 300mg dosage of B2-But.
