Abstract

This is a report of an autopsy case of osteogenesis imperf ecta congenita in male newborn infant a aged 27 days. In a case the lesions of bones showed imperfect enchondral and periostal osteogenesis, which may be due to the functional deficiency of the osteoblasts.<BR>The hypoplasia of the thyroids and adrenals, and calcification of Hassall's bodies of the thymus are presented.<BR>From these findings, a few relevant literatures are reviewed.
