Description

Most cases of infantile anal fistula are treated conservatively, because some of the cases heal spontaneously and frequent reccurrences are observed even after operation.<BR>In recent year, the author have witnessed good results of positive operation for this diease. In this paper summerized the results of operated 100 cases in recent 7 years at our clinic.<BR>Only few cases showed reccurrence. The period of illness could be shortend by the operation.<BR>In conclusion, positive operation for the infantile anal fistula should be tried.
