Abstract
A case of 38-year-old female with major clinical manifestations of right-sided heart failure associated with Raynaud's phenomenon, positive rheumatoid factor, positive antinuclear factor and hypergammaglobulinemia was reported. Pathological examinations revealed no evidence of angitis. Discrepancy between clinical diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension underlying suspected angitis and pathological diagnosis of primary pulmonary hypertension was discussed.
