Abstract

In the healthcare setting of local primary care, the team medical care by other types of job cooperation is considered to be an essential element. The team medical care by a doctor and various healthcare workers is provided by family medicine. The specialist in psychosomatic medicine is very useful for this team. Yuge Medical Clinic professes itself to be internal medicine, pediatrics, family medicine and, not to mention giving medical care from a baby to an old man, deals with visiting medical treatment, temporary nursing at home, visiting care, home care support, visiting rehabilitation. The writer works as a part-time service doctor once a week and gives medical care as a specialist in general medical treatment and is in charge of patients such as psychosomatic disorder, mild depression as a specialist in psychosomatic medicine. This report introduces family medicine including a social background and mentions cooperation with psychosomatic medicine.
