抄録

Patients with rheumatoid arthritis often have neck pain and paresthesia of bilateral upper extremities due to cervical instability. Conservative treatment of this condition involves using a ready made cervical orthosis in most cases. Due to difficulties in fitting the ready made orthosis, we prescribed an order made cervical orthosis for 3 rheumatoid arthritis patients. They were all satisfied with the order made orthosis in regard to comfort, but were not satisfied in regard to its external appearance.
