Description
Three cases with sternoclavicular joint dislocation were treated.<br>They were classified into arterior dislocation (2 cases) and posterior dislocation (1 case).<br>In all cases, open reduction and internal fixation using two Kirschner wires with stopper was performed. In all cases, the disc was out of the joint, and was detached from the clavicle and sternum.<br>All cases recovered full ROM of the shoulder joint without pain and instability.
