Description
A rare case, in which the metacarpophalangeal(MP) joint of the ring finger was locked, was treated by operation.<BR>Locking was caused by the osteophyte of the metacarpal head catching the accessory ligament in the ulnar side.<BR>In accordance with references, the mechanism of derangement and treatment are discussed.
