説明

To evaluate the influence of CPB perfusion temperature on hemodynamics and post operative organ functions, 25 adults patients undergoing elective open heart surgery were dividedinto 3 groups based on the lowest rectal temperature; tepid (n=8, 32°C), mild (n=9, 30°C) and moderate hypothermia (n=8, 28°C). In Tepid group, oxygen consumption rate during CPB was significantly higher than in Moderate, and systemic vascular resistance after AXC was significantly lower than in others. So, in Tepid group, rewarming time was significantly shorter and differencesbetween rectal and peripheral temperature were significantly smaller than other groups. There was no difference of post-operative organ functions between groups except for the serum creatinine level just after operation. And, in Tepid group patients, post operative blood loss was significantly smaller than in others, in spite of no differencesabout post operative haemostasis between groups. Tepid hypothermic CPB is not associated with additional systemic adverse effect.
