抄録

The author made the histopathological studies of forty-five removed larynx involving carcinoma: glottic (13 cases), subglottic (2 cases), supraglottic (10 cases), transglottic (12 cases), and marginal hypopharyngeal (8 cases).<br>The author discussed each case of clinical groups comparing with histopathological findings.<br>The invasion of carcinoma cells into subglottic areas, laryngeal cartilages and the opposite side was found histologically in moat of the cases in spite of clinically uninvalued findings.<br>Further, the relation between the mobility of arytenoids and the extention of carcinoma was also discussed from the standpoint of pathology.
