We experienced a case of subglottic infiltration of chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL). A 72-year-old woman who had been diagnosed as CLL/SLL presented to our department with stridor. Flexible laryngoscopy and neck MRI images showed bilateral stenosis in the subglottic region, which was considered as the cause of her stridor. After tracheostomy, we performed a biopsy of the subglottic region by rigid laryngoscopy. CD5/CD20 positive and CD3 negative atypical lymphoid cells were infiltrating the submucosal tissue on pathological examination, which resulted in a diagnosis of extranodal infiltration of CLL/SLL. Cyclophosphamide was effective in reduction of the subglottic swelling.
