Abstract

<p>A 25 year-old man was admitted to our hospital with a left swelling testis. We diagnosed as left testicular tumor by ultrasound sonography and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Computed tomography (CT) showed no metastasis and tumor makers, βHCG, AFP, LDH, were normal. A tumor was removed by left radical high orchiectomy and histological examination revealed large cell calcifying Sertoli cell tumor. He was given no adjuvant therapy. Neither recurrence nor metastasis has been found for 4 months after the operation.</p>
