液晶表示装置の中間調の応答速度定義として出発から目標までの輝度差の90%に達した時間を用いるのでは実際の見た目や物理現象との間に不整合を来たす.多階調表示では目標階調のみで定められる輝度に達した時間をもって応答速度定義とすべきである.
