抄録

In this paper, at first we deal with the ignition by radiation of a pulverized coal. Here we take account of three kinds of heat, namely the heat radiated from high temperature zone to the particle, heat loss from the particle to the atmosphere, and heat soused by chemical reaction on the particle's surface, and we show how the particles start to ignite. Next, we show the correlation between the unburned flxed carbon in coal and combustion rate, and its correction factor according to the size of particles and excess air.
